The following is a theoretical construct for our planetary once hidden technologies are released and disclosure, contact with extraterrestrials and our true human history as children of the Anunnaki is revealed. There may be other, better solutions, but this is a download given to me and I’ve documented it for posterity.
NEW PARADIGM PLANETARY SOLUTIONS ~ Create Divine Human Society
Every man, woman and child has purpose and meaning and is equally valuable. All are entitled to basic, human rights. No one owns another person including children. Children are equal, our future and given respect and basic human, civil rights. Women and men are equal.
A. Everyone’s wage is the same. Equal. Money will simply be credits. (units)
B. One hour of labor is equal to one dollar (the term dollar will eventually lose it’s original meaning having been based on money which will be eliminated and replaced with something like the Gaia Buck/Unit. The obsolescent meaning of dollar is much like the original use of clockwise which is now a direction originally based on circular shaped clocks which over time have become digital.
C. Banks, stock exchange and other related institutions and businesses including accountants, bookkeepers, tax collectors, government related agencies will be eliminated since money is eliminated and credit’s broken down to its basic levels.
D. Personal wealth – Wealth per person is limited to $10,000 in reserve. Wealth does not count current home.
1. Money is redefined, was super inflated.
2. Credit over $10K goes back to the general poll to provide resources for everyone.
E. Value of valuables will be reassigned according to these new value systems and worth assigned more by sentimental value than artificial worth (such as gold, diamonds, etc.).
2. Free Benefits
A. In return for basic work each contributes they receive free 1) food, 2) water, 3) air, 4) clothing, 5) shelter, 6) education, 7) medical, 8) water, 9) computer and 10) transportation
B. Current Landlords (not apartment buildings or condos, but homes and lands owned privately. If they provide housing, they will receive $4.00 per month for every unit they provide to a renter in their private residence or on their private land (based on the original reset after this major transition period). That’s 10% of the individual’s contribution to society and that payment will come from the public poll (see Work #9).
A. When the reset begins wherever you are will become your home.
B. All housing on the globe is inventoried and put in a central database
C. If you own a home it is yours and all debt is forgiven, eliminated.
D. Each person only gets one home per person.
1. Couples and families may chose to remain living with one another.
D. If you are living in a condo or apartment, that unit is yours. You now own it. No rent due.
E. If you are living in an apartment or room in someone else’s home (where they live), the owners will be permitted to decide if you go or stay.
1. If asked to leave, you’ll be assigned another living space with similar or better characteristics (if possible.)
F. At first the minimum housing for every man, woman and child (including infants) will be a bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. That’s the basic human right for each person.
1. All efforts will be made to modify and improve homes so that each home may meet minimum standards for all members living in that home.
2. If a home cannot be modified, members may chose to remain together as is.
3. Individuals may chose to live in standards less than their basic human housing rights.
G. Over time as the global inventory is complete accounting for every person alive or born and every building suitable for human habitat the goal being to provide every person 13 or older with their own bedroom and bathroom.
1. Children up to age 13 optimally will have their own room but may share a bathroom.
H. Every person 18 or older will minimally have their own studio to one bedroom apartment with minimum bedroom, bath and cooking facilities.
I. Eventually the minimum standard housing allotted per person for those 18 and older will be bedroom, living or sitting area, office or desk space, bathroom and kitchen facilities.
J. Children 13 and under would be required to live with their parents or a guardian and if caretaker is shown to be negligent or abusive during the years when the child is helpless, they would be assigned new guardians.
1. At adulthood, which is now 13 in this new system, there is a rite of passage celebrating each individual.
2. The new adult may chose where to live. They can get their own house, share with others, move in with others, stay with their original family, chose their new home.
K. Each person can petition where they wish to live be it here on earth or elsewhere.
L. Applications to change housing are freely available on the web.
M. Chooses for new housing are based in individual desires, wants, needs, choices, preferences and based on seniority.
N. The oldest have seniority because they are senior and get first choice as they’ve spent the most time waiting for this new paradigm to be initiated. In other words, they’ve paid their dues and seniority is their reward.
O. For those who chose to rent parts of their personal homes or property, rent is covered, provided free so if you’re currently collecting rent from renters you’ll continue to collect that rent which will be covered by the planetary money base.
1. All rooms, studios and apartments are valued equally in the new rental system and since all get free housing, food, clothing, cell phone/phone, education
P. Those who don’t work at all are grouped together and will still receive some benefits, but not the same as the contributors. No one will starve or be homeless. But benefits may not be as great or abundant for those who don’t contribute. They will have a minimum standard but most will more likely be a group home or hospital type setting to maximize care efficiency.
Q. If one cannot contribute because of mental or physical disabilities, they will receive free medical and psychological care and in return for receiving such care, they receive free food and housing.
R. Those who cannot or will not work will thus be required to participate in social programs and groups so the society can see what motivates people to do nothing and thus those unable or unwilling to contribute will contribute by providing subjects/patients for training others in these healing arts.
S. Homelessness will not be permitted as cities, towns, country and wilderness will be protected. Homelessness creates crime and will not be tolerated.
1. All homeless will be identified and provided homes and benefits, counseling and medical where needed.
2. It’s cheaper for a society to house homeless than fight crime or treat illness and disease created by the situation.
4. Medical, Health, Wellness
A. All would be genetically reset to optimum age and health, all genetic defects removed, diseases eliminated, immunity to diseases restored and longevity restored, mental capabilities (full use of the brain) restored.

A. You may opt to spend more hours studying in order to get into your new, desired position sooner.
B. The incentive and reward will be doing what you want rather than doing that which you don’t want to do. Doctors will become doctors not because of the money generated (like before in the old, corrupt system), but because the reward is that you are spending your time doing that which rewards you in your heart, mind and soul. It’s based on how good you feel by contributing.
C. You receive 1 credit unit for every hour over 20 hours of study or work you do in a given week, each week.

G. Studying can be monitored either visually or with computers and if not typing or responding in some manner (thoughts showing you’re paying attention, energy can be read, eyes focused (iris read) computer times out and restores when you finally get back to it. You must respond to the computer to get compensated.
H. Primary reward for learning is the knowledge you gain and the ability to do the jobs that most satisfy your soul. Plus you contribute more to society.
I. The more you contribute, the more you earn but also the more the society benefits from your improved contributions based on your own wants, needs and desires and the good feeling and goodwill you acquire from doing and being more.

But the entire road system and concept will be closely evaluated, each road carefully considered in each location before they are removed. Roads may be kept and used for animal or eco vehicle transport. But for the most part large highways will be removed and hovercars used replacing roads which destroy land and ecology, preventing the natural flow of rainwaters, rivers, streams.
A. Free computers for all who desire so they may communicate with everyone as we switch from snail mail to email.
A. Current family structures and relationships have a tendency to be rather dysfunctional and often verge on abusive. These new extended families create the potential to eliminate abuse and allow each person to have a support system that includes people of the same genetic blood and culture but also those from around the planet, creating a sort of big brother, big sister tribe of friends, now delegated your new relatives.
B. After the global population accounting, each person would be assigned the following people in their lives. These may be actual, living relatives but could include strangers who agree to be your support network/tribe/family and you are encouraged to interact and get to know one another.
