NEW PARADIGM PLANETARY SOLUTIONS ~ Create Divine Human Society
Every man, woman and child has purpose and meaning and is equally valuable. All are entitled to basic, human rights. No one owns another person including children. Children are equal, our future and given respect and basic human, civil rights. Women and men are equal.
A. Everyone’s wage is the same. Equal. Money will simply be credits. (units)
B. One hour of labor is equal to one dollar (the term dollar will eventually lose it’s original meaning having been based on money which will be eliminated and replaced with something like the Gaia Buck/Unit. The obsolescent meaning of dollar is much like the original use of clockwise which is now a direction originally based on circular shaped clocks which over time have become digital.
C. Banks, stock exchange and other related institutions and businesses including accountants, bookkeepers, tax collectors, government related agencies will be eliminated since money is eliminated and credit’s broken down to its basic levels.
D. Personal wealth – Wealth per person is limited to $10,000 in reserve. Wealth does not count current home.
1. Money is redefined, was super inflated.
2. Credit over $10K goes back to the general poll to provide resources for everyone.
E. Value of valuables will be reassigned according to these new value systems and worth assigned more by sentimental value than artificial worth (such as gold, diamonds, etc.).
2. Free Benefits
A. In return for basic work each contributes they receive free 1) food, 2) water, 3) air, 4) clothing, 5) shelter, 6) education, 7) medical, 8) water, 9) computer and 10) transportation
B. Current Landlords (not apartment buildings or condos, but homes and lands owned privately. If they provide housing, they will receive $4.00 per month for every unit they provide to a renter in their private residence or on their private land (based on the original reset after this major transition period). That’s 10% of the individual’s contribution to society and that payment will come from the public poll (see Work #9).
A. When the reset begins wherever you are will become your home.
B. All housing on the globe is inventoried and put in a central database
C. If you own a home it is yours and all debt is forgiven, eliminated.
D. Each person only gets one home per person.
1. Couples and families may chose to remain living with one another.
D. If you are living in a condo or apartment, that unit is yours. You now own it. No rent due.
E. If you are living in an apartment or room in someone else’s home (where they live), the owners will be permitted to decide if you go or stay.
1. If asked to leave, you’ll be assigned another living space with similar or better characteristics (if possible.)
F. At first the minimum housing for every man, woman and child (including infants) will be a bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. That’s the basic human right for each person.
1. All efforts will be made to modify and improve homes so that each home may meet minimum standards for all members living in that home.
2. If a home cannot be modified, members may chose to remain together as is.
3. Individuals may chose to live in standards less than their basic human housing rights.
G. Over time as the global inventory is complete accounting for every person alive or born and every building suitable for human habitat the goal being to provide every person 13 or older with their own bedroom and bathroom.
1. Children up to age 13 optimally will have their own room but may share a bathroom.
H. Every person 18 or older will minimally have their own studio to one bedroom apartment with minimum bedroom, bath and cooking facilities.
I. Eventually the minimum standard housing allotted per person for those 18 and older will be bedroom, living or sitting area, office or desk space, bathroom and kitchen facilities.
J. Children 13 and under would be required to live with their parents or a guardian and if caretaker is shown to be negligent or abusive during the years when the child is helpless, they would be assigned new guardians.
1. At adulthood, which is now 13 in this new system, there is a rite of passage celebrating each individual.
2. The new adult may chose where to live. They can get their own house, share with others, move in with others, stay with their original family, chose their new home.
K. Each person can petition where they wish to live be it here on earth or elsewhere.
L. Applications to change housing are freely available on the web.
M. Chooses for new housing are based in individual desires, wants, needs, choices, preferences and based on seniority.
N. The oldest have seniority because they are senior and get first choice as they’ve spent the most time waiting for this new paradigm to be initiated. In other words, they’ve paid their dues and seniority is their reward.
O. For those who chose to rent parts of their personal homes or property, rent is covered, provided free so if you’re currently collecting rent from renters you’ll continue to collect that rent which will be covered by the planetary money base.
1. All rooms, studios and apartments are valued equally in the new rental system and since all get free housing, food, clothing, cell phone/phone, education
P. Those who don’t work at all are grouped together and will still receive some benefits, but not the same as the contributors. No one will starve or be homeless. But benefits may not be as great or abundant for those who don’t contribute. They will have a minimum standard but most will more likely be a group home or hospital type setting to maximize care efficiency.
Q. If one cannot contribute because of mental or physical disabilities, they will receive free medical and psychological care and in return for receiving such care, they receive free food and housing.
R. Those who cannot or will not work will thus be required to participate in social programs and groups so the society can see what motivates people to do nothing and thus those unable or unwilling to contribute will contribute by providing subjects/patients for training others in these healing arts.
S. Homelessness will not be permitted as cities, towns, country and wilderness will be protected. Homelessness creates crime and will not be tolerated.
1. All homeless will be identified and provided homes and benefits, counseling and medical where needed.
2. It’s cheaper for a society to house homeless than fight crime or treat illness and disease created by the situation.
4. Medical, Health, Wellness
A. All would be genetically reset to optimum age and health, all genetic defects removed, diseases eliminated, immunity to diseases restored and longevity restored, mental capabilities (full use of the brain) restored.
B. We would be like the Anunnaki, fully savant and extremely long lived if not physically immortal.
5. Food – healthy food is provided for all, free of GMO.
6. Water – clean water is provided free for all, free of chemicals, toxins and pollution.
7. Air – air processing and purification is free for all and guaranteed free and healthy air available and guaranteed for all citizens of the world.
A. You may opt to spend more hours studying in order to get into your new, desired position sooner.
B. The incentive and reward will be doing what you want rather than doing that which you don’t want to do. Doctors will become doctors not because of the money generated (like before in the old, corrupt system), but because the reward is that you are spending your time doing that which rewards you in your heart, mind and soul. It’s based on how good you feel by contributing.
C. You receive 1 credit unit for every hour over 20 hours of study or work you do in a given week, each week.
D. Education/learning is always encouraged no matter how old you are.
E. Children age 18 and under – part of their Job is to educate themselves.
F. Students get 1 unit credit for each hour they’re involved in learning after completing 10 hours work contribution and 10 hours of classes or studying each week (if 18 or younger) , students get paid 1 credit unit for each additional hour spent studying.
G. Studying can be monitored either visually or with computers and if not typing or responding in some manner (thoughts showing you’re paying attention, energy can be read, eyes focused (iris read) computer times out and restores when you finally get back to it. You must respond to the computer to get compensated.
H. Primary reward for learning is the knowledge you gain and the ability to do the jobs that most satisfy your soul. Plus you contribute more to society.
I. The more you contribute, the more you earn but also the more the society benefits from your improved contributions based on your own wants, needs and desires and the good feeling and goodwill you acquire from doing and being more.
9. Work – Right Livelihood formerly known as work, wages or career
A. Money is eliminated. All work for credits called Gaia Bucks or Gaia Units or Credit Units.
B. One hour of labor is equal to every other hour of labor is equal to one Credit Union (CU).
C. Each person works 10 hours a week to provide the basic needs of the community (might be more or less and adjusted as we discover more) and to pay for the basic needs received by each person (housing, medical/wellness, food, water, air, education, communication, transportation, computer).
D. Work may include education, especially for those who are under 18 or haven’t finished getting their degrees, scholarships, certificates and classes necessary to pursue their careers (known know as earning right livelihood).
E. For every hour each week worked over 10 hours, person receives 1 unit per hour.
F. A database of basic planetary needs jobs on the global and local levels will be evaluated and put in a global database based on each community. Jobs will be re-evaluated because money will be eliminated and that whole system disbanded including banks, printing of money, etc.
G. Jobs – To match the right person with the right Needs Job, each person will be assigned based on skills, needs and desires.
H. If you want a new job, education is free.
I. How jobs will be filled – will be based on desires mixed with ability, skill, location (if that’s relevant to the situation). Some jobs will require being on location. Where someone lives is based on the individuals desires. All will be entered into a database, matched with available resources.
J. Work includes education/learning – time spent in classes and learning counts as work.
K. Birth to 18 years old – each contributes 20 hours of work/learning per week.
L. 18 to 60 – each contributes 10 hours week work. 10 hours week education optional.
M. 60 and older – work contribution is not required but all contributions welcomed.
N. 60 plus – For any hours worked senior persons earn $1 CU per hour worked.
O. Education is free and encouraged throughout one’s lifetime.
P. At any age, once you reach 20 work or study hours, you receive 1 credit unit (CU) per hour.
Q. All Work/Jobs will be organized in a central database for review and will include:
c. Jobs granted based on seniority, qualifications, talent, aptitude, abilities.
d. You will be permitted to learn and be tutored, if necessary, till you qualify (as much as humanly is possible). We work with you so that you can meet your heart’s desires.
e. We have counselors, therapists and educators work with you till you find what you want and like to do to contribute to society. If you’re doing that which you don’t like, you will only be required to do the job a short while, then will be rotated out until you find that which is satisfactory.
f. We encourage all to do what they do with the best attitude for they’re contributing what they can and are able to the society, for those they love creating the highest good for all.
10. Communication – All people will be provided a phone, ultimately a “land line” plus “cell phone (which would be improved so as to not be so harmful, especially for youth) so all are able to constantly communicate with those they need to do so.
A. All transportation is free. People have the right to travel between borders and planets including space when they chose.
B. Teleportation will be established in all cities and towns, eventually being installed in all public places, work places and homes (if desired).
C. At the very least they’ll be a transportation station within walking distance of all people who reside in residential areas and communities eventually being provided to remote areas and locations (but may be monitored and regulated to prevent pollution of environment and for preservation of farms and natural wild areas.
D. Roads will be torn up between towns and cities as they’ll no longer be necessary and restored to nature.
E. Before removal the continuation of each road will be carefully considered and some roads may be maintained for cars and vehicles so one may still travel and see the land from the ground. But the entire road system and concept will be closely evaluated, each road carefully considered in each location before they are removed. Roads may be kept and used for animal or eco vehicle transport. But for the most part large highways will be removed and hovercars used replacing roads which destroy land and ecology, preventing the natural flow of rainwaters, rivers, streams.
A. Free computers for all who desire so they may communicate with everyone as we switch from snail mail to email.
A. Current family structures and relationships have a tendency to be rather dysfunctional and often verge on abusive. These new extended families create the potential to eliminate abuse and allow each person to have a support system that includes people of the same genetic blood and culture but also those from around the planet, creating a sort of big brother, big sister tribe of friends, now delegated your new relatives.
B. After the global population accounting, each person would be assigned the following people in their lives. These may be actual, living relatives but could include strangers who agree to be your support network/tribe/family and you are encouraged to interact and get to know one another.
1. Two to four parents
2. Four to eight grandparents
3. Six to ten aunts and uncles
4. Two to ten siblings
5. Two to a dozen cousins
C. People would be assigned as family to one another based on personality and psychological evaluations, utilizing a computerized system similar to a matchmaking system, so that all persons alive would have a minimum support system. Blood relatives would be considered first. This system insures that each person has a minimum support system, those they can consider family for the duration of their lives.
D. Individuals can request to be family to one another and those considerations will be considered first based on the desires of the requestor and the requestee.
E. Children become adults and emancipated at age 13 and their rite of passage is celebrated. While they are adults they are not permitted to father or mother until age 18.
A. Evaluations will be made based on technology, environmental concerns and the ability of each area to sustain and population ceilings established for each ecosystem and place.
B. Births will be limited to 1child per person unless potential parent wishes to relocate to an area that needs more people (like space or less desirable places on Earth).
C. Children will not be permitted to reproduce because they are children. You must be at least 18 to sire or birth children.
D. If twins are born by natural selection or artificial means, they may remain with their parents.
E. If triplets are born to parents by natural selection they may remain with their parents.
F. Triplets or more multiple births created by artificial means may be redistributed to those who wish to have children but cannot or do not chose to birth or sire offspring.
G. Orphans will be offered first to those who desire children and lack children of their own.
H. Orphans will be assigned based on those who wish to parent and their ability to parent first, going first to family members or extended family members first, but first consideration is given to those who lack children.
I. If child is given to new parent who wanted but lacked children, the new parent will be added to the child’s assigned parent family and the child added to the extended family of the deceased family member.
J. Those who birth or sire children may not automatically be entitled to parent based on parent’s ability to parent.
K. Parents who birth or sire children may opt not to raise the child.
L. Children will be protected at all times and the ability of parents to parent under close scrutiny to insure the child is protected and parented to maximum potential of love and care to maximize the potential of each child to learn, grow, evolve, develop while experiencing maximum love, happiness and joy.
M. Children are the future of the world and are its most valuable asset.
A. Slavery – it is illegal to own another human or sentient being or control them, restrain them against their will.
G. Driving while intoxicated or drunk (however cars that automatically drive themselves will be provided for those who previously liked to drink and drive, so that crime may be easily eliminated).
H. Violence – physical
J. Confinement without due process
K. Willfully hurting/harming another.
A. All drugs will be legal.
1. Consumers made aware of all affects and side affects of drug use.
B. Drugs will be clearly marked and advertised widely with warnings of side affects.
C. All currently imprisoned with this crime will immediately be set free.
D. Drugs will be dropped as a crime from all accused or convicted.
15. Sex Workers and Sexual Healers
A. Sex Work and Sexual Healing will be legalized globally.
B. All currently imprisoned with this crime only will be set free.
C. Sex Work and Sexual Healing will be dropped as a crime from all accused or convicted.
A. Those found guilty of crime will be separated according to deed.
B. Rehabilitation colonies will be created off planet for criminals where therapists work closely to identify how individuals go awry and which ones can be integrated into society.
1. There may be some far too dangerous to ever go back to mainstream society. The people must be protected against those who prey on them.
2. Once psychological issues are identified within individuals, they will undergo individual and group therapy for the rest of their lives if necessary.
C. Halfway houses and communities may be established for those working towards reintegration into mainstream society. All must be protected from the criminal mind and predators at all times to the best of our abilities with ongoing research studying what goes into the making of such a mindset that results in criminal activity. .
A. Since necessities are covered by the society, additional credits/units may be used to purchase luxuries or uplevel from basic needs.
B. Luxuries are those things not included in the basic free package of living.
C. Basic standards will be set for all people. The rest will be called luxuries.
D. If, for example, you desire a larger home, more privacy, fancier clothes, bigger living space, you can work more hours and purchase art and luxury items.
E. Art and music are luxuries and those producing can sell these items based on new credit unit system.
A. All are entitled to 3 months a year vacation.
B. Vacation Homes, condos, apartments, hotels, resorts – all properties internationally and eventually on other planets, moons (when located and/or developed) and are put into a vacation database with calendar and dates available for each location.
C. A central booking system is utilized.
D. Vacations are free and individuals chose when and where they will go based on their own desires.
E. Bookings are based on a seniority followed by first come, first served system.
F Larger homes, estates, castles may be put into database since they have so much space, much more than a single person or family can utilize in fairness to all so that all may experience these luxuries by visiting and appreciate the history and culture behind these things.
G. All venues are available for review by guests.
1. Minimum health and safety standards must be met and maintained.
2. Venues are maintained by community work force.
3. Workers may bid to work in resorts on an ongoing basis or for longer stretches of time as their contribution to the planet.
4. Guests are encouraged to write reviews and rate based on cleanliness, service, ambiance and amenities, etc.
H. All guests are subject to review.
1. If guest is destructive and damages venues, they may be limited where they can vacation until they improve their behavior.
2. If guest is disruptive, loud and unruly, they may be limited to such venues where that behavior is accepted.
