NO FIGHTING, YELLING, CURSING, INSULTING  - Take it outside, go up the hill, retreat to a therapy room but absolutely, positively no fighting in front of clients.  Schedule time with one of our in-house therapists to use that contra-tamp stimulus as a therapeutic opportunity for your growth.  Your triggers are your gems for personal evolution and healing.  Don't project onto others.  Don't demonize others. Take personal responsibility for your own emotional wounds and family-of-origin pain and work on yourself, heal till you stop reacting and can control yourself.

Events: If you wish to attend one of our events, contact 244-4103 to make your reservations. If presenter or organizer of the event consents, on-campus, permanent community members may attend free or at discounted rate in return for help with setup before and cleanup after. Many events are gender-balanced or of limited capacity, so you must attend on time and attend the entire event or you forfeit your right to participate in future events.

Polyamory and Tantra: Our community is a polyamorous/tantric community, on-site community. You are required to attend our Conscious Commuications Class on Mondays at 7 PM.  As an experiment in group consciousness, we may have inner-circle family rituals where particpants may engage sensually with more than one community member. Sensuality includes but isn’t limited to kissing, cuddling, caressing, sharing sexual energy, oral sex, genital sex, anal sex, massaging, eye-gazing, sharing breath, etc. You practice self-transcendence and mutual surrender meditations directed to the experience of transpersonal synergy and unity consciousness.  We encourage you to attend these rituals and if you find yourself feeling hesitant, meet with one or more of our community counselors to discuss your feelings.  While not required, group rituals help us establish who we are in relationship to one another and unify our vision.

Communication Classes: You must learn basic communication skills necessary to live in community. Review the communication guidelines attached and practice with other guests and community mates. If you have difficulty assimilating and mastering the communication techniques, schedule a private class with one of our instructors or attend our communication groups (Instructors may discount your charges or negotiate an exchange, such as back-rub or foot massage.

Member Decides to Leave Community: If you decide to leave our community as a resident, please give us a 30-day written notice.

Utilities: No air conditioners permitted on the property. Please turn off all lights, fans, etc. when leaving the room.  Utilities are extremely high in Maui.  Save the money for the community. The utility companies are rich enough. Mahalo.
